What happens

Mr. Burns, frail and thin with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, wears a red cap and a grey baseball jersey and gestures with his yellow hands while standing beside Smithers, a thin assistant in glasses, a red-and-brown cap, and a purple bow tie. On a sunny ballfield, a Black batter in a white uniform with red trim and a red cap swings a bat as a grey-uniformed pitcher winds up on the mound, and the view then cuts to a crowded elevated highway below pink and orange buildings with a green sign overhead. Back at the dark blue wall, Burns clasps his hands and grins while Smithers smiles and looks up at him.
