What happens

Ralph Wiggum, a boy with a blue-grey jacket and flat yellow hair, grimaces and stares intently at a sheet of paper he holds at a blue counter in a room with a psychology sign and bookshelves. Milhouse, in a purple shirt and red glasses, looks up from his paper and pumps his fist with a smile. Next, a chubby orange-haired boy in a white shirt with a purple emblem crosses his fingers with eyes shut and grins, then reads his paper with a smirk, while Lisa Simpson, with her star-shaped hair and pearl necklace, glances sideways at her paper with her mouth open. The notable on-screen elements are a reversed 'Psychology' sign on the left wall and a pink framed certificate on the right.
