What happens

Bart Simpson, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt, sits across a desk from Principal Skinner, a man with neat grey hair in a blue suit, purple shirt and orange tie, in an office with a red armchair, a pen on the desk and a framed certificate on the wall. Skinner clasps his hands, grimaces, then gestures with both hands while talking, while Bart glances sideways, then sits wide-eyed, gripping two blue pens, and Skinner closes his eyes with his mouth open. A blue coat hangs on a hook by the door and a green door and a desk lamp are visible at the edges.
