What happens

Bart Simpson, the boy with spiky hair in an orange shirt, sits at the side of a courtroom with a blue-hooded, hooded-figure shape (a blue silhouette, voice-altered witness) standing beside a wooden witness stand while a judge in black robes looks on from behind the bench. A grey-haired man in a blue suit, a prosecutor-like figure, stands to the left beside an American flag, leaning in with a sly grin and hands clasped behind his back as the blurred blue witness stands at the rail. Behind them, a packed courtroom gallery of townspeople watches, with a man in a dark suit and a woman in a suit seated at a table with a notepad in the foreground. A caption on screen reads 'WITNESS' VOICE ALTERED TO SOUND LIKE STEVE ALLEN' over the lower middle of the scene in the middle frames.
