What happens

Lisa Simpson, in her orange dress and pearl necklace, stands in a restroom beside the sinks with a tall, long-haired blonde woman in a red jacket and white shirt who smokes a cigarette and gestures with her black-wristbanded hand, then clasps her hands and closes her eyes while still holding the cigarette. Lisa stares at her, and later grimaces as she holds a cigarette to her own mouth and pulls a red Laramie Jr. Cigarettes pack toward herself. A woman with spiky magenta hair and a skull earring stands in the background, and the cigarette pack's cowboy logo is visible.
