What happens

Bart, in his orange shirt and with spiky hair, is trapped behind wire mesh in a storeroom while a man in a blue suit and purple shirt latches the grated door, then Bart presses against the mesh and points at the shelves. Shelves are crammed with confiscated items: sacks labeled EVIDENCE, a pink bra, a slingshot, bundles of firecrackers, spray cans, and a purple Crazy magazine with a cartoon cover reading Star Blecch VI.
