What happens

Principal Skinner, a neat grey-haired man in a blue suit, orange tie and purple shirt, and Bart, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt with a yellow hall monitor sash, stand in a cluttered storage room with green shelves. Skinner starts with his back turned and clasps his hands nervously, while Bart points and shouts with a sly grin, and Skinner then sweeps an open hand toward the shelves as Bart looks up at him. Shelves hold paper bags labeled EVIDENCE, cans of spray, folded towels, a pink plastic rear-shaped object, a black skull-and-crossbones box, and a crossbow.
