What happens

Santa's Little Helper, the family's brown greyhound, first appears in close-up and then in full view, snarling with bared teeth, wide angry eyes, and drooling against a plain green background, lunging across the frame in a blur of motion. The scene then shifts to an indoor corner with a purple pillar and pink walls, where the dog sits grinning with its tongue out and its nose pressed toward a yellow-skinned figure in a blue outfit perched on a wooden stool.
