Homer Simpson sits behind the wheel of a car in a dim purple interior, grinning and glancing sideways with his eyes

What happens

Homer Simpson, bald with stubble and wearing a white shirt and brown jacket, sits behind the wheel of a car in a dim purple interior, grinning and glancing sideways with his eyes. In the next moment he is shown still driving, his head turned to the side with an open-mouthed grin. Outside on a dirt lot under a starry night sky, a lit city spreads out below distant dark hills, with several parked cars: a light blue station wagon and a green convertible on the left, and an orange-red muscle car on the right. The scene then shifts to a teal car with a red-smeared rear wheel and a yellow stripe, with Homer visible inside it, parked beside the blue station wagon.
