What happens

Milhouse, with blue hair and red glasses, and Bart, in a black tour shirt printed with London, Paris, Munich and Springfield, talk on a purple tour bus at night while Homer watches from the back. A brown-haired man in a red jacket with an S on it eats pizza and holds a bag of Crunchy Korns on a bus seat, then the scene moves to a storeroom stacked with boxes and folded shirts, where a heavy, dark-haired man in a white shirt and green pants holds up a white Spinal Tap T-shirt while Milhouse watches. The heavy man then laughs with his eyes shut and grips Milhouse's shoulders as Bart walks past toward a blonde woman at the right edge.
