What happens

Milhouse, with blue hair and glasses in a black jacket and red shorts, stands on the left beside Bart, who wears a black t-shirt with a World Tour logo listing London, Paris, Tokyo and Springfield, while Homer, bald with stubble and a white shirt under a dark vest, peers from inside a purple van. Bart holds open the van's sliding door and Milhouse gestures toward it, then Bart steps away from the door and turns toward Milhouse as Homer leans forward at the window. Milhouse raises a hand near his mouth, and Bart, eyes half-closed, keeps talking with his arms at his sides.
