What happens

Bart, a spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt, and Milhouse, who has blue hair, glasses and a lavender shirt, sit together on a red picnic table outside a school with a tree and green lawn behind them. Bart leans toward Milhouse, then raises his finger and reaches toward Milhouse's ear, grinning, and then pokes at it while Milhouse turns his head and looks startled. A carton with a straw and a grey lunch box sit on the table, and a third small blue-haired kid sits at a nearby table in the background.
