What happens

Milhouse, with blue hair and red glasses, peeks out from beside a tree trunk, then Bart, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt, appears at the same spot before standing on a long red bench in a schoolyard. Bart stands on the bench with his hands raised near his mouth while a crowd of kids, including a girl with red pigtails and a woman in a purple beanie, looks on. The crowd then bursts into laughter with eyes squeezed shut, and Milhouse laughs in the foreground beside a boy with a flat brown haircut.
