What happens

Bart Simpson, in an orange shirt, stands on a red wooden bench in a schoolyard while a crowd of students watches, including a girl in a purple beanie and pink sweater who glances sideways and smiles. Principal Skinner, in a blue suit and tie, walks up beside a tree and then stands glaring and speaking in close-up, with his hands behind his back, while Bart winces with eyes squeezed shut. The brick school building and a tree are visible in the background.
