Principal Skinner and Bart stand on a grassy schoolyard near a tree, with Skinner scowling and pointing at Bart while Bart looks up

What happens

Principal Skinner, in a blue suit with a purple shirt and orange tie, and Bart, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt, stand on a grassy schoolyard near a tree, with Skinner scowling and pointing at Bart while Bart looks up. Bart then stands on a wooden bench with his arms out as a crowd of children gathers around, while Skinner stands with his hands on his hips and later glares in close-up. Skinner then leans down toward Bart, jabbing a finger at him as Bart looks up wide-eyed, with a hedge and a grey wall behind them.
