What happens

Bart, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt and blue shorts, stands on a long reddish-brown plank against a green background in the first several frames, staring wide-eyed and looking uneasy with his hands at his sides. A stern man with grey-brown hair, a blue suit and a purple shirt with an orange tie, who matches Principal Skinner, stands in front of a tree and opens his mouth in an angry shout, then folds his arms across his chest and glowers. Bart then appears on a grassy field before a low building and trees, glancing sideways and looking nervous, while Skinner stands arms crossed, scowling in the same spot. The final frame returns to Bart on the field, his eyes shifted to the side as he looks away.
