What happens

Bart Simpson, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt, stands in the foreground of a school room with pink walls, while three green mutant creatures lurk behind a blue counter in the background. Bart's eyes shift and roll as he glances sideways, grins, then sets his mouth in a scowl and raises a fist beside his face, and finally smirks with half-closed eyes. A tall figure in a grey suit stands at the right edge. In the last moment, Principal Skinner, with neat grey hair and a suit, appears at the right, looking wide-eyed and speaking with his mouth open beside a framed picture of a cloudy sky and a pencil.
