Milhouse sits on a red picnic table beside Bart, who has spiky hair and an orange shirt

What happens

Milhouse, with blue hair, red-framed glasses and a lavender shirt, sits on a red picnic table beside Bart, who has spiky hair and an orange shirt. Bart is at the left edge of the frame, with his mouth open and his arms out, while Milhouse sips from a blue juice box with a straw. Behind them, a blue-haired boy sits at a second picnic table in front of a tan school building with tall windows and a tree on the left. In the final moment, Milhouse leans back with his hands raised and his eyes half closed as Bart reacts, and a grey lunch box rests on the table beside them.
