What happens

Santa Claus lies in a hospital bed under a purple blanket with an IV drip beside him while two reindeer wearing goggles stand behind him and a nurse with a blue bob and white cap watches from the left. A doctor in a white coat and blue cap leans over the bed, touching Santa's chest with a stethoscope, then turns to a pink monitor labeled S. CLAUS showing a green line across its blue screen as he looks at it, with the caption DRAMATIZATION shown at the bottom throughout.
