The Simpsons, “Homer's Barbershop Quartet” (season 5, episode 1), 1:08–1:21
What happens
Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa and Maggie are in a pink living room when the maroon couch bursts apart into flying yellow and white chunks, with the family tumbling through the debris until the room is left empty except for the couch, lamp and telephone. The family then piles onto the couch, with Homer and Bart sprawled across it, while Lisa, Marge and baby Maggie sit together, all wide-eyed and wrapped in a striped cloth. A yellow-gloved hand holds up a clapperboard reading "COUCH GAG" and "TAKE 3" in front of the empty couch, beside a sailboat painting and a purple lamp.
