What happens

Bart Simpson, a boy with spiky hair in an orange shirt, rides a yellow skateboard past a purple wall and green-paned door with his arms spread wide, while a thin man with a brown hairdo, purple shirt and pants, and a green bag walks beside him in front of a row of television sets showing Krusty the Clown. Bottles lie on the sidewalk and a crumpled paper sits on the pavement. The scene then moves to an empty street lined with a red stop sign, green hedges, and a pink building with a brown statue on a pedestal, and a large white cloud of smoke or dust fills part of the view. Maggie, a baby with a pacifier and a blue bow, appears at the end, staring wide-eyed in her blue outfit against a purple backdrop.
