What happens

Bart Simpson rides a skateboard along city streets past a pink vehicle, a window marked OPEN, and a books store where a woman with a shopping bag watches, then past Moe the bartender with a towel and Barney, a heavy man with messy brown hair, outside a tavern with Apu nearby. A man in sunglasses and a brown robe stands before a wall of TVs showing a clown's face, and Chief Wiggum swings a baton at Bart in the street. Maggie, with a pacifier and blue bow, peeks over a blue crib rail, and then a small red car drives along a winding road toward an orange-roofed house on a hill, passing a purple tree.
