What happens

Bart Simpson rides a yellow skateboard through town, first leaping off a red brick building's ramp past a glowing yellow blob and a pink vehicle, then rolling along a sidewalk beside a woman with orange hair carrying Springfield Mall bags and Santa's Little Helper, the brown greyhound. He next skates past Apu in a green jacket, Moe the grey-haired bartender in an apron, and Barney, the heavy man with messy brown hair, outside a bar, then past a bald man in sunglasses holding a saxophone in front of a wall of Krusty televisions. Chief Wiggum, a fat police officer, raises his baton and shouts at Bart as he skates down a street, and Maggie, with a pacifier and blue bow, peeks over the rail of a blue crib. The scene ends with an orange car driving along a winding road past a purple tree, then heading toward the viewer across a blue sky.
