What happens

A white capsule-shaped craft with red thrusters and blue flame trails streaks across the clear blue sky, then crashes into a chain-link fence topped with barbed wire beside parked cars, trailing steam. A crumpled white figure in a red cap tumbles down a street lined with pink and tan buildings and utility poles, while a glowing green 'NUCLEAR INSPECTION VAN' sits in a parking lot with steam rising around it. The van then vanishes, leaving a ragged dark hole in the asphalt with wisps of steam still rising from it.
