What happens

Smithers, in a green jacket with a purple bow tie and an ID badge, stands beside Mr. Burns, the frail, hook-nosed old man with grey hair at the sides, who leans over a counter with a box in a library-like room while the credit 'Produced by Richard Sakai' appears. Carl, a Black man in a white hat and green tie, and a one-off character with reddish hair in a white hat stand beside a wall intercom with a red button, the text 'Written by Conan O'Brien' appearing as Carl glowers and the other man speaks. Lenny, with spiky black hair, kicks at a double door and grabs a one-off man in a white hat by the collar as an axe-carrying worker and Carl watch on, Carl holding a clipboard.
