What happens

Ned Flanders, with his moustache, glasses and white shirt, clips a hedge with large shears while Homer, bald and heavy, peeks over the fence behind him. Flanders then looks uneasy at the fence, where Homer, seen from behind in a maroon shirt, faces him over the top of the boards. Outside a glass building under a 'HAPPY BIRTHDAY MR. BURNS' banner with balloons, Chief Wiggum stands by the doors as a line of people carry wrapped gifts inside, including Lenny with spiky black hair pushing a large present on a hand truck and Carl, a Black man in a dark suit, carrying a white box.
