What happens

Otto, the bus driver with long curly black hair, steers a yellow school bus along a road lined with evergreen trees under a blue sky, and passengers in the seats behind him, including Bart with spiky hair in an orange shirt, scream and wave their arms in panic as the bus speeds along. Bart then wakes in his pink bedroom, wide-eyed and screaming in bed beneath a purple blanket while rain falls past the window and a Krusty the Clown poster hangs on the wall. He settles back under the covers, still staring, and the scene cuts to the kitchen where Marge stands at the stove while Lisa and Maggie eat from bowls at the blue-clothed table and Bart sits beside them, wide-eyed.
