What happens

A blue, furry, lizard-like creature sits hunched on a rain-streaked yellow floor, gripping its jaw, before the scene shifts to a bus where Bart and Milhouse sit beside a man in a blue suit, purple shirt and orange tie. The man grins and points toward Milhouse while talking, then leans back with a wide toothy grin as Bart looks on with wide eyes.
