What happens

Ned Flanders, with his moustache, glasses and pink sweater, stands in the rain hugging a green-skinned, blue-faced creature with green hair and a fanged grimace, and Ned's expression turns to a smile as the creature clings to his face. Afterward, a smoke-wreathed yellow sign reading "SPRINGFI..." is shown, then a battered yellow school bus marked "...ENTARY" with torn, dented sides and green fluid pooling on the pavement. Mr. Burns in a blue suit stands beside the bus with a bearded man in a pink shirt and blue shorts, a purple-haired woman in a green top, and Lisa in her red dress watching from the lower right.
