Homer sits in the passenger seat while Chief Wiggum drives a blue car with both hands on the steering wheel and a police radio microphone held up…

What happens

Homer, the bald heavyset man in a white shirt, sits in the passenger seat while Chief Wiggum, the fat police chief in a blue uniform and cap, drives a blue car with both hands on the steering wheel and a police radio microphone held up to his mouth. Homer's eyes are wide and he stays fixed in place as Wiggum speaks into the radio, his mouth opening and closing, and the scene shows only the interior of the car with the rearview mirror above and blue sky and clouds through the windows. Wiggum's expression shifts slightly across the moment, from a look straight ahead to a squinting, eyes-half-closed talk, with no other objects or on-screen text visible.
