What happens

Chief Wiggum, the fat police chief in a blue uniform and cap, drives a car while Homer, the bald heavy man in a white shirt and purple pants, slumps on the back seat beside him. Inside the dark, night-lit vehicle, Wiggum steers with both hands and his expression shifts from a calm, closed-eyed look to wide-eyed talking with an open mouth and a smile, while Homer sits with his eyes half-open and a dazed look. The car's windows show a purple night sky with stars, and the steering wheel and a police badge are visible in the foreground.
