Chief Wiggum grips the steering wheel of a police car at night, and Homer sits beside him in the passenger seat

What happens

Chief Wiggum, the fat police chief in a blue uniform and cap, grips the steering wheel of a police car at night, and Homer, the bald heavy man in a lavender shirt, sits beside him in the passenger seat. Wiggum first looks ahead wide-eyed with his mouth open, then Homer and Wiggum both turn their heads toward each other with worried expressions as they talk. Seen from the front later, the white police car with its roof light and glowing headlights speeds along a dark desert road under a purple starry sky with cacti at the roadside, and the two sit in the car as it continues on.
