What happens

Homer hugs Chief Wiggum from behind in the cramped interior of a police car, with Wiggum gripping the steering wheel and looking nervous, and the two then drive down a desert canyon road at night under a crescent moon, headlights glowing and red and blue lights atop the roof. The car pulls into a lot beside a purple-awninged diner with a green sign reading "THE SEETHING SISTERS" and two gas pumps, where a lavender convertible sits with Marge, her tall blue beehive and pink wrap visible, beside a long-haired brown-haired woman in red sunglasses and a black jacket who is driving. Marge turns to glance at the woman, then speaks while the woman keeps both hands on the wheel.
