What happens

A sunglasses-wearing woman with a dark swept-back hairdo, red-framed glasses, a cigarette and a gold hoop earring stands at the left in front of a purple night sky, lighting her cigarette with a silver lighter. Beside her, Marge with her tall blue beehive and pink top glances sideways with a flat, uneasy expression. In the next moments, Chief Wiggum sits at the steering wheel of a car with a clipboard-like cup in hand while Homer slumps in the back seat, staring ahead; Wiggum turns his head toward the back and speaks with his mouth open, then faces forward again. Desert cacti and rocky scenery are visible through the car windows at night.
