What happens

Chief Wiggum, the fat police chief in a uniform and cap, rides in the driver's seat of a purple car while Homer, bald in a white shirt, sits beside him as the car speeds along a dirt road edged with snow and pine trees, kicking up dust clouds past a yellow warning sign. The car stops, and Wiggum stands alone on the road as the dust settles. Later, under a huge yellow full moon at night, Wiggum walks along the road, then pauses and raises a small dark object toward his face.
