What happens

Homer Simpson, in his green jacket and white shirt, mopes beside a wooden still on a night lawn beneath a lamppost, then sits down on the contraption. Chief Wiggum, the fat police chief in his blue uniform and cap, arrives holding a stoneware jug marked with X's and a nightstick, while Homer stays slumped on the wooden box. Wiggum then stands among the dark bushes as a bright burst of fire flares up beside him under a purple, star-speckled sky.
