Bart Simpson and Milhouse stand before a brick wall and dark hedge, with Bart holding a small object with a white top and Milhouse looking on

What happens

Bart Simpson, in his orange shirt, and Milhouse, with blue hair, glasses and a pink shirt, stand before a brick wall and dark hedge, with Bart holding a small object with a white top and Milhouse looking on. Credit captions for supervising producers and a co-producer appear over them, and then the scene shifts to Mr. Burns, frail and thin with grey hair at the sides, sitting in a green car with a grimacing expression. He glances sideways and then scowls while gripping the steering wheel, with a blue sky and white clouds behind him.
