What happens

Homer, Chief Wiggum, and Marge are first seen behind prison bars, with Homer in his white shirt staring ahead beside the blue-capped Wiggum. The scene then cuts to a crowd of workers holding shovels and pickaxes, with a thin grey-haired man with a moustache in a black shirt standing among them and his eyes shifting, while Homer and Wiggum are still in the crowd. Finally, Wiggum, Homer, and Marge stand at the doorway of the Springfield Police Station, with a sign reading "Springfield Police Station" above them and blue POLICE signs on the pillars flanking the stone steps.
