What happens

Homer, in his white shirt and blue trousers, hugs the trunk of the T-shaped purple palm tree on a grassy island while Lenny and other onlookers gather nearby. A shirtless man in an orange cap raises a pickaxe-like tool overhead beside a woman with grey-violet hair, and Chief Wiggum lies face-down on the grass with his police cap knocked off. The scene then shifts to a crowd on the shore, where a grey-haired man in a captain's hat grins, Mrs. Krabappel in a green cardigan clasps her hands, and a thin man with glasses holds a cane, while Troy McClure in a jacket and Chief Wiggum in uniform look on with a sea and blue sky behind them.
