What happens

Bart Simpson, the boy with spiky hair in an orange shirt, stands at a green classroom chalkboard, writing the repeated line "I am not authorized to fire substitute teachers" in white chalk, with a wall clock and a trash can nearby. He then pulls back from the board and steps sideways with his arms spread while the chalk lines stay on the board. Before the classroom appears, the scene opens on clouds over a blue sky with the yellow title text "The Simpsons".
