What happens

Homer, in a grey safari hat and khaki shirt, joins a crowd that includes Chief Wiggum in a grey spiked helmet and blue uniform, a Black man in a red fez and white uniform, a heavy man in an orange shirt with a red headband, and a woman with a brown ponytail in a green shirt holding a saxophone. The group first gathers in an alley, with Homer shouting and pointing while the others glare, then the whole crowd runs along a street past a tan wall and a brick building marked "EL BARTO" as a sheet of paper blows across the pavement. They end up around a blazing pile of burning leaves in a grassy yard, where Homer and the heavy man in orange crouch by the flames while a thin man in a cap holds a broom and Wiggum stands at the edge.
