What happens

A scruffy young person in a purple beanie and a black skull-print shirt stands center in a tense group with a man in a green cap and orange vest at left, a woman with a tall brown hairdo and red earring (Mrs. Krabappel) behind, and Carl, a Black man in a suit with a purple tie, at right, all scowling as the beanie-wearing figure gestures with a raised fist. The scene then cuts to Homer, sitting on a ledge covered in food splatters and scattered blue balls, mouth open in alarm, as the beanie-wearing figure leans in beside him. The moment ends on a static aerial view of Springfield, with a pink building, a white church, and a blue pond among the streets and trees.
