What happens

A pink-dressed woman with a black bob, pearl necklace and white gloves stands in a doorway in the first frame, then at the bedside of a bed with a dark wooden headboard. A blonde woman with a white sash reading MAYOR and a dark-haired, shirtless man with stubble sit under a green blanket, the man looking uneasy and speaking, before the woman in pink gestures with a cigarette while the man laughs with an open mouth and the blonde woman smiles. In the last frames the pink-dressed woman turns, gesturing with a cigarette, as the two in bed laugh heartily in a bedroom with a landscape painting on the wall and a green curtain by the door.
