What happens

Homer Simpson, the bald, heavy man in a white shirt, stands behind the Kwik-E-Mart counter beside a cash register and a bucket of pink shrimp, holding one up and sniffing it with a wary, squinting look. He then raises the shrimp higher and grins, and next leans back with fists raised in triumph beside two buckets of shrimp, with a red SNACKS sign and shelves of snacks behind him. The scene then cuts to an white ambulance with a red siren light on its roof, driving along a tree-lined road, with two men in the cab, one wearing an orange cap and the other a dark cap, and the word AMBULANCE reversed across its front windshield.
