What happens

Apu, the Kwik-E-Mart clerk with black hair, a white shirt with teal trim and a name tag, stands at the store counter holding a small grey object near his face, then presses his hand to his forehead and grimaces with clenched teeth. In the final moment he leans on the counter, gesturing toward a tray of sausages while Smithers, a thin man in a dark suit and glasses, stands at the right holding a small grey object and a folder. A white paper is pinned to the wall behind them, and the windows and shelves of the store are visible in the background.
