What happens

Lisa Simpson, with star-shaped spiky hair, red dress and pearl necklace, stands at a counter beside Smithers, the thin assistant with glasses and a grey-green sweater vest, while shelves of dolls surround them. Smithers then sits at a computer and types as Lisa leans in with her arms folded, and the scene cuts to a grainy black-and-white image of Mr. Burns, hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, rubbing his shoulder. It returns to the shop with Smithers still typing at the monitor while Lisa watches him.
