Mr. Burns stands at a microphone beside his thin assistant Smithers, who wears glasses, a bow tie and an ID badge

What happens

Mr. Burns, the frail, very thin, stooped old man with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, stands at a microphone beside his thin assistant Smithers, who wears glasses, a bow tie and an ID badge. In the first frames Burns leans toward the microphone with a scowl, his mouth open and his hands pressed together at his chest in the later frames. In the final frame Smithers raises a hand to his mouth and looks alarmed while Burns turns his head toward him, with the microphone in front of them and a window behind them. On-screen text reads 'Written by David Mirkin' and then 'Directed by Carlos Baeza'.
