What happens

Ned Flanders, with his moustache, glasses and green sweater, sits at the wheel of a red car in the first frame, with a woman with orange hair beside him and two children with hair like Lisa and Maggie in the back. Chief Wiggum, the fat police chief in uniform, appears in the car's rearview mirror, then steps out to stand on a street in front of a pink house, a police car with a star badge and a red car behind him. Ned throws his arms wide and gestures with a pointing finger while Wiggum stands with a notepad, and in the last frame Ned raises a hand to his moustache. The scene takes place on a suburban street with trees, and the notepad and police lights are visible props.
