What happens

Homer, the bald, heavy man in a white shirt and blue pants, bursts out of the front door of a blue-trimmed house at night under a full moon and hurries down the front steps, then stands on the step holding a long metal pipe overhead. He then raises the pipe toward the wall of a neighboring two-story teal house with arched windows while Marge, with her tall blue beehive, leans out of an upstairs window watching him. Notable objects include the metal pipe, a grey picket fence, a trimmed hedge beside the porch, and a dark purple night sky.
