Ned Flanders serves soup from a large blue urn at a counter lit by a blue lamp, with a stack of bowls beside it

What happens

Ned Flanders, with his moustache, glasses, green sweater and white apron, serves soup from a large blue urn at a counter lit by a blue lamp, with a stack of bowls beside it. Barney, the heavy man with messy brown hair in a green jacket, holds out a bowl while Homer, in his orange plaid jacket and tie, leans in behind him to watch. Ned ladles soup into the bowl and then raises the ladle, and Homer grimaces and clutches a bowl and ladle of his own. In the last moment, the counter is empty of Ned and Homer, and a bearded old man in a safari hat and a teal jacket carries a tray of bowls past the counter as a line of older customers, one leaning on a cane, waits to the left.
